Really? Honestly, I think you're completely out to lunch here. Did you even read the information circular or the Nov 9 news release? If I were a betting man, I would guess that mgmt will continue to maintain a low profile for the foreseeable future. Given that they don't own much stock, I see no reason why "appeasing" the shareholders would be priority #1 anyway (whether that's before, during or following the AGM). Yes, the co has some cash on the books, but it remains to be seen how exactly it will be put to use.
By the way, what are your thoughts with respect to the up and coming hearing in January? Just curious...
