Art of war

Art of warAnyone ever read the book?  if this claim issue is the reason for no news and the softer share price since the fall from 4.2, no divy news, etc. it looks to me like CAN took the lead on the problem and was aware weeks ago, and the problem may be more "dealt with" than we realize.
In my interpretation, the interesting part in the PR was where the gov't has suspended transfer of the permit SOC is working with...
Perhaps SOC is off guard as they have not issued a PR relating to this...  also thinking since CAN did issue a PR it could be more conservative than not in this legal situation..
In my mind you should need to hold a prospecting license before a mining licence can be granted..  we don't know if this is the case or had\has happened in this scenario, but it makes sense as a sequence of events doesn't it??  then the suspension of transfer?? hmm..
will be interesting to see..  FWIW i hope this does not trade till the matter is resolved.
