I myself came to canada from a country where one phone call changes everything. and it does not matter what papers you have on hands, that phone call would override them all. and i am pretty sure this is exactly what is happening in tanzania.
I am just not too sure on which side the phone call will be made (hope on can's as i am havily invested here).
