RE: A question concerning ASM....Harvey, i look at this as a reduction process, SOC's position seems to have been clarified, yeah they could sue the gov't (in Tanzania? haha) allegedly, since CAN never spoke to SOC, CAN hasn't done anything to SOC so i don't see a valid claim there. If i understand correctly kigoda's license allows him to scratch around with a pick and shovel mining style as opposed to an open pit ?? Oh mucky, if kigoda has a mining company and drill rig etc. why isn't\wasn't he using it?? Does Kigoda have shares in SOC ..lol he might have last laugh yet... dumping perhaps?? In my opinion Kigoda won't do any more with the property than he's done in the past (as limitations of his license?).. and the gov't is saying develop the area, push is coming to shove...??
