RE: Land dispute must be dealt withRetirnow - these are my opinions that may provide some direction on thought. 1) SOC doesn't have a case with CAN, 2) License is with the Dr. 3) if SOC as a case it is with the Dr. 4) as the license holder the Dr. should be pursuing remedy with the gov't. (is that going on?) 5) did the Dr. defraud SOC ?? 6) didn't SOC just raise money? what representations would they have used to do so? (license\option agmt?) 7) appears the license\option agreement has vaporized?? 8) if you invested in SOC what would you be thinking? 9) Kenny has a fiduciary duty to SOC holders
