Time for the Rules to ChangeShares should be halted for two business days to allow current shareholders to subscribe. After that sell to whomever they wish.
If you had got stopped out today at say $5.50 I think you would have a legitimate case of stock manipulation. T.D. has been involved in promoting the company to investors and now acts as the lead brokerage in the placement. No conflict?
Here we have a great story and what we would like to believe is a great Company. The majority of shareholders will make a good dollar on this play and they are counting on this. If you make money you're less likely to complain.
In reality this amounts to the second time shareholders have been duped by management. News was not forthcoming on the Land dispute last Summer in what could be called a timely manner and now this surprise placement, (or was it)?
This has a bad smell to it.
