MD&A

MD&AThe MD&A released yesterday with the Y/E F/S is worth a read; go to www.sedar.com. It gives a full comprehensive picture of the properties and all activities to date.

With respect to the enthusiasm of the minor move up on Friday, let's be realistic about the fact that the selling may not be over and the seller(s) may have decided to stop an hour or two early before closing allowing the share price to recover somewhat. It will be interesting to see if the bid continues to get hit early next week so aggressively or whether the share price is allowed to appreciate.

Jim West on BNN last week suggested that drill hole results were due out over the next couple of weeks - I don't know much about Jim apart from the very scattered reviews across the bullboards so I take his views with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, a least once a month seems to be the pace with which the company announces drill hole results.

The one thing that I thought was poor on the part of the company, IMO, is that the company did not comment on the drastic reduction in share price in recent weeks. You would think the company would want to inform the market about this critical point given much of their fundraising occurred at $5.00+ and shareholders at those levels would be concerned. Not good stewardship of their part would be my opinion.
