RE: Same problems Infoseeker99. I'd love to hear what it is that you feel should be done by management to make the labs (totally out of their control) go faster? How do you propose they should "fix it" ? -- We have exactly the same problem with our Cu project in Tanzania. If we don't use the right certified laboratories the results are not accepted. There are basically 2 viable lab options in Tanzania. both of them take months to complete analyses - especially on hard-rock drill core that has to be crushed and powedered using acceptable QC standards.
I'd rather be sure that they are doing everything right than have some rush-job where the QA /QC standards are not met and the whole project is jeapordized. Now THAT would be something to blame on the management.
