Upon closing of theCoolgardie Project sale, Committee Bay will only own the Jaurdi HillsProperty which is northwest of the Coolgardie Project. The drilling company anddrilling crew will come under Committee Bay ownership but the staff from theRedemption Joint Venture will stay with thatproject.
Also it is interesting to note that at today's rate we have about 1Million CDN foreign exchange gain since the deal was announced Feb 1. The Australian dollar has appreciated about 4% against the loonie in that time period. Yet more value.....
