RE: Holders

RE: HoldersI'm just speculating here... from previous reports, we know that Gold Fields exchanged it's JV position in Nunavut into equity and warrants that fully diluted gave them about 20% of CBR.  Their annual report reports that they still hold more than 8MM shares but since the warrants are out of the money they would not necessarily be mentioned in GF's annual report. If they were listed as a holding  on the balance sheet, they would carry a value of -1.00$ for accounting purposes.

This current list doesn't mention Gold Fields,  but the 17MM warrants seems to be about the correct number of  shares and remaining warrants that GF should hold. The list also has the CEO Williamson holding  only 379k shares, which would be disconcerting as I believe that officers should have a large equity stake, especially in such a speculative venture.  He probably has more equity held in one of the holding companies listed here and most certainly has options that are listed but not attributed to a specific holder.

Although valuable, this list is not revealing of the all the names behind the holdings.
