RE: What is the problem with this stockI agree that we are in for another big drop in the equity markets because of the credit crunch. The bond market is 3 times the size of t equity markets and is in much worse shape because of overlevering. Creditors are calling in loans and writing off others as their debtors cannot pay. No money is available for equities, especially high risk ones.
Don't forget however that a lot of money is made in bear markets, by those who sit tight or pick up bargains. It is just not apparent at the time. CBR will be a winner because of the quality of its assets and its cash in hand which will allow it to ride out the storm.
