RE: My math errorDear Bozo:
Yes your math is in error. So is your logic.
You believe the company is worthless, blame management, but object to a shareholders rights plan that gives minority shareholders an option to repel a hostile bid on the grounds that there is a higher bid already pending ( the existing rights issue). Hostile bidders can not accumulate shares at 5 cents and surreptitiously gain control of the company because there are options to purchase shares outstanding at 25.00 dollars per share. Any bid to take over the company would have to be at a price suitable to existing shareholders to the extent that they would tender their rights as well as their shares. At no point does an existing shareholder have to buy shares at 25.00
The share consolidation is neither dillutive or accretive to shareholder value right now, but as the share price rises, it will get in a price range more attractive for institutional buyers (and less attractive for bottom feeders like you).
As for working for the company I don't, I haven't even met any of the executives or board...who's paying me? Who's paying you to post such claptrap? A hostile accumulator.?..
someone's accumulating... management seems to think so ergo the shareholders rights plan... volumes are way up and the block sizes are huge. You have consistently made negative posts here under different monikers, yet claim to be accumulating shares
are you just stupid? Or dishonest? or dissembling negativity in the hopes of picking up more shares cheap?
