It provides its residential and small business customers with Internet, video and telephony services through its two-way broadband cable network. It provides a range of Internet, video and phone services primarily to residential customers and business services across their coverage areas.

Market price should already be 160.00 $.

The reason the offer from Rogers was put aside is that it was a very poor offer from these guys. If they wanted to take control of CCA they should have put on the table 200.00 $ per share. Now, it would be 220.00 $.
