RE: port hopeIs this really a surprise to anybody? Just another example of how our government fails us at every turn. They think nothing of taking half our salaries every year and doing nothing for the working person while falling all over themselves to establish programs that hire thousands of bureaucrats to administer poverty level incomes to native Canadians, unwed mothers, runaway teens and any deadbeat or criminal who can make it to Canada with or without documents. The Federal government runs a 10 billion dollar surplus while provinces can't deliver decent schools or health care and Toronto can't even run a decent bus service, still using 30 year old rolling garbage cans. Do you really expect any of these fools to be able to manage radioactive waste?
