RE:TD stops online buy orders for CCX

RE:TD stops online buy orders for CCX I spoke to TD about this.  They said the decision was made to stop buy orders is because the stock is traded OTC and is subject to market manipulation.  I asked why sell orders were allowed but buy orders weren’t and I was told that’s because selling doesn’t present risk while buying does.  I suggested that TD was in fact manipulating the market by making selling easier than buying but I was dealing with a fast talking millennial who could have done with a smack in the face and had no good answer for me.
