Cerro Grande Mining Corporation is a Chile-based junior mining, exploration and development company. The Company produces gold, silver and copper, with operations mainly in Chile. The Catedral/Rino project covers an area of 5,025 hectares reduced from 19,895 hectares held in 2008 and consists of 25 concessions. Its interest in this project is held through 50.1% interest in Compania Minera Catedral, which is the holder of the Catedral concession. Catedral/Rino consists of two separate but adjacent limestone deposits, the Catedral deposit and the Rino deposit.

SAG spent close to four million on a company that does not
own property under chilenian law.
They got scammed by the Minera medio owned by one of the directors of SAG IMO if he was aware that his co was nt allowed to drill. This is my point of view and i hope the situaion will clearyfy soon..

I guess its about time to consult legal advise.. wonder what comes next.
Are ther more disputes comming on who owns which property or is drilling illeagally??

0.00001 cts and delisting  next week  seems closer then ever..IMO
