I don't know.

But the market is speaking by bringing the price much lower on just as high volume as it went up.

There are always leaks in this.

Many lawyers are summoned to look at proposals and they know the answer.

The market moves in advance.

I am OUT of this and will buy back if I get it to move 40 cents up only on good volume.

The intra day trend is dwon.
