RE: Quarterlies out - guidance 8 wells in '08...Something must have changed very recently. CEN's latest presentation as of 8-18 said mid August start up.

Looking at Swiber's recent presentation as of Aug 14, they clearly expected to be drilling away with their Jack Up 1 rig (see slide 9 - both the rig contract and the CALM buoy contract are mentioned).
Swiber has seen dramatic growth over the last year and I wonder how closely people were paying attention to details. CEN says crucial pieces of equipment were missing and that Swiber didn't have a crew to operate the rig (which is inexcusable considering how long they've known about this contract).
