international oil and gasAnyone follow this co?  Cirrus Energy (CYR) I love international oil and gas and this seems to be the most undervalued of the bunch.

Seems like an opportunity at a $61 million cap. Getting Management, Properties and Technical Team essentially for free.

 

Structure:

88 million outstanding

$60 million in cash

$10 million in cash flow in 2010

$19 million in debt.

NAV - $1.40

Bob Disbrow, probably the most savvy investor in Canada is disclosed to owning 17% of the company.
