Coastal had potential for more

Coastal had potential for more

Coastal had potential for more,  it rode the wave up, when tide was rising.

Experience says that when BOD and Mgmnt use share holder money to try to

hold up share price the company tanks.   Even is they bought  1 million shares that is

less than  1% of outstanding.  $15 million in drilling can bring reserves up and rasise

share value  15 -  20%.   Usually share buy backs are used to buy  previously issued shares

of management.  Buy backs are a sign management is out of ideas on how to grow the cojmpany and

think share manipulation is their salvation.   Plenty of examples  ,   Galleon energy is classic   $22 to  $2

while assets are same (minus some depletion of reserves).  Cash should be used to explore,  market will

reward shareholders.
