RE: RE: CEN Buying Back 5.7 Million Shares Buying back shares is better then paying a dividend as it decreases the number of shares outstanding making each share a larger piece of CEN, therefore worth more. Also not only does it show that the company feels their stock is undervalued, it also adds buying volume to push stock price higher.
