From the same big buyer at Raymond James. Seeing major accumulation. CES already has strong institutional ownership. I'll prob buy more. Currently my top holding.

Ceu earnings power lags its share price ..  Institutionals investors ahead of the ball game ..  At 3 bucks still have a lot of runways to run given its earnings power .. On CC last report they indicate that capacity only used 50% so additional productions can only lead to small variable cost yet fixed cost are already bake in ..
