RE:RE:5 days left....I have a feeling they have several offers for asset sales.  They are probably negotiating and trying to structure the best deal.  It either goes two ways, they sell an asset and keep alive for 2 more months or go into creditor protection.  The former moves the price up, probably to 8-10 cents and the latter wouldnt be good.

Peter and Co are still marketing the company for sale so I doubt the whole company will be sold.  Hopefully a little something to get ball moving.
