RE:RE:RE:RE:Still no news. Probably not a good sign.

They won't annouce anything over the weekend.  This gives them time to either put together a proposal for CCAA or a deal.  Considering the bearish energy market at the moment, they should be considering a corporate transaction rather than selling for parts.

I believe the management rejected several takeover offers last year.  I think the deals valued them between 10-12 cents.  And considering the asset value was estimated at 17-19 cents, they figured with debt at 8-9 cents, its better to sell some parts and try to turn it around as oil was still priced around $100.  Now with oil where its at.  They probably revisited some offers and negotiating some type of discounted deal.
