King's futureRead King's bio closely, he worked for Precision .......a company that Swartout founded and ran. Some other board members have a connection to Precison. King had no real pedigree to be Pres. of CEZ ....but the power brokers on the CEZ board chose him to be Pres. I think you can figure out why. Will King find another position, yup he will because he is a loyal solider. That is worth something in the oil industry. Did he represent shareholders interests or the interests of the board members.....well you surely have an opinion on this as I do, eh!
