I've had bad gas today. One just crept out.  It  was like roses compared to what's happening at CG.  There's an agency problem when a SH strong arms an independent board that is representing all the 'other' SH. Back room deals to benefit the minority, thanks for paying attention OSC.

Yeah, I'm thinking the remaining board members have to leave if this takeover doesn't pan out. They certainly won't be getting any of my votes on either takeover or re-appointment. Maybe they control enough shares to re-appoint themselves? I will say, I don't have much to lose on this one though. Moose
