'Be carefully what you wish for' my guess you will see a rise in lumber prices with strong demand continuing for the rest of the year. Any pull back CFP I will be a buyer, too much cash flow and on going stock buy backs. M/A someone is going to blink either a private equity or a natural buyer glta. Long IFP
