As of June 30, 2023, CFP had $908 million on deposit as lumber tariffs ($7.59 per share). CFP also had net cash of $592 million ($4.94 per share). So you're valuing Don Kayne's managment of this $2.2 billion company at -$2.53 per share ($10.00 - $7.59 - $4.94)......sounds about right.  Don Kayne is a useless POS that only serves Pattison.
