RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:looks like we have to wait for meeting on vote, stk upThere has obviously been some heavy wordsmithing and slanting of truth - all to make the management propsal to look better. Read the following closely, especially the highlighted part - none of the Wilks Brothers votes were recorded.

At the meeting of Shareholders held today, each of the resolutions in connection with the approval of the Amended Recapitalization Transaction was approved. Excluding Common Shares voted by Wilks Brothers, LLC, no more than 4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares were voted against any of such resolutions.


Then ask how many people tendered to the Wilks proposal, but did not vote for the management proposal.

As I stated earlier, this is not over yet. There will be fireworks incoming shortly.
