Contrarion333 you are delusional in your belief of deep value investing. Deep value investing is looking for companies with little to no debt, good management, and financial room to ramp in hated sectors. Calfrac is non of those. This is a trap that will continue to burn retailers over and over. And I've never owned CFW because I was turned off by their debt load and operations in the US. Was also the reason I looked past STEP. There are some pretenders on this board that like to talk about converted notes and cash flow multiples to make themselves look intellectual and lure prospective investors into this black hole. It's all smoke and mirrors.  This game is much simpler then that.
