Can anyone explain

Can anyone explainthe recent climb (everyday) of CG?
YTD, it's been steadily trending upwards.
I don't know if I should get in onto this but I saw some news about Cameco wanting to sell its stake or do a secondary offering. I don't know what that really means....can someone explain? Thanks.
