1 for 3 share split?

I was reading the July 18th news release. Am I reading it right? Sounds like a 1 for 3 split. I could see that if we were trading at $40 or $50 per share, but it doesn't make much sense at $3.00. Thoughts?

Yes its true. When I spoke to Wolfin about it he said it was to provide a larger float of shares because since they did the rollback there has been liquidity problems.

Its 3 new shares for 1 old share as I read it. I think they are just trying to increase the trading in the stock.
