The scary thing about the 4th Quarter Financials is the fact that all of the distributions paid where from borrowed money. The question now is, are the January and February distributions being funded from distributable cash or from bank borrowings?

Distributable cash for 2019 before the one time litigation reserve was
$1.32 per unit. Distributions were $1.20 per unit. Aprox. 90% payout.
When are you going to be a man and admit you were wrong on the distrubution cut?
Never thats when.
Posted February 21st!
