Court decision

Looks like after costs this ruling should give us 2/5 of the price of the Cairo Ohio expansion or 4 months of distributions. Sounds good to me.

Another pump job? IMO, time to dump!

Please explain how talking about factual news that is postive to the company is a "pump job".

Is the money in Chemtrade's bank account? No, there's a thirty day appeal window in which SPB could contest said verdict and if contested could there be a different outcome? As the saying goes, don't count your chickens until they hatch. JMHO

So you think they will appeal, win and never pay the obligation they provided?

I do not know the anything about the trial itself, but if it wasn't a jury trial, the appeal court justices as a rule are reluctant to overturnn the verdict, unless there is an error in the proceedings. SPB (and I have a rather large number of shares in it) would be unwise to appeal IMHO.

Turns out the money is in their bank account... "Superior has filed an appeal against the judgment. While Chemtrade was paid $25.0 million in January, no gain has been recorded related to the judgment owing to the inherent uncertainties associated with the outcome of the appeal."
