Red_Deer First, the financial statement of CHE does list its Intangible asetts. Canadian comanies cannot go by wikipedia's definitions when filing income taxes. CRA has quite a lengthy definition of Intangible asetts that are ACCEPTABLE in filing income taxes This does not mean that I agree with Kherson, but I do not accept wkipedia as an authority on Canadian tax matters.

Quest Your summary of the intangible asetts was excellent, and it pointed out that they can, and do have many component - however they must also pass the smell test by the auditors of a company, who never want to be or appear to be guilty by association.
