Choice Properties currently holds 114 industrial properties totaling 17.2 million square feet. With the Development, Choice Properties now has approximately 6.5 million square feet under development or in various stages of the rezoning and planning process, further expanding its pipeline of opportunity to grow its industrial portfolio.

The growth should happen over the next 1 to 4 years. Of course additional properties may be
announced and we could grow by 50% or 60% over this time.
Income will be steady and reliable as this segment becomes a bigger part of the company.
