A very quiet BB. I've always had a lot of time for Dennis Mitchell so I opened a postion this morning at $13.76. I like the idea that CHP.UN is diversified as it not only covers retail, but also has investments in the industrial and residential sectors. GLTA

retiredcf;  This and CRT.un both have large holdings by "family" investors.  They generally have a much longer investment  timeline (but a need for regular/growing income) so the distributions remain steady through the business cycles (same with GWO/POW).  Definitely boring but for those of us now in the drawing down the RIF stage of life the income "security ...more
