Scope

Scope
I am well aware of the scope clause.  my last comments were admittedly`` outside the box``.  but with the new contract at mainline and the adjustment made and awarded by Douglas tanley in the last round of negots, ACPA`s power has been severley reduced.  The CPA could be broken voluntarily by both parties and the scope clause amendend FURTHER to include new language for a completely NEW Regional Carrier.  One with a beter name than JAZZ, I might add. ;)
Thennothing would stop C.R. from assigning this new flying to the newly created regional.  The flying has to go somewhere,  Sky regional is the only other option BUT dont forget WHO is funding them...
they would be right back in the same position, just awarding the flying back to themselves effectively...
just my thought s for the day...they seem to change more than my mood!
One thing is for sure:  the next announcement from AC will be BIG as it pertains to the regional flying.
regards,
G
