RE:RE:RE:Chorus debentures in case of takeoverFor the company there is no premium but for the buyer of control there is a premium given the debenture as I recall sell at a substantial discount to book!  With that being said buying the debenture might be a safer bet than buying the actual stock whether the deal proceeds or not!
