If you have got the jab why care about those who haven't been jaded.

This  group of 70% of the population is really becoming a pain in the axx for the rest of us. That's all I'm going to say on the subject. Hopefully nobody freaks. I'll be ignoring anyone who does. Just had to get that off my chest.

I'll respond, because you're reaction was rather polite.

"Why care about those who haven't been jaded". The short answer is, because the unjaded go out in public. Let me elaborate:

a. People are still dying from it. Ya, we figured this only happened to 'other' people, but our friend's dad died from the virus, without having any serious underlying health issues.
b. Hospital ICUs are filling up again, and all but critical surgeries are being postponed, again.
c. Businesses continue to go under, as we go into lockdown, partial lockdown, no lockdown, partial lockdown (e.g. Chorus has been affected - no?, which affects all of us shareholders... I'm down more than twice what I spent on a downpayment for a house in a nice neighbourhood).
d. Government deficits are soaring beyond anything we've seen before. I'm not looking forward to higher taxes and fewer services to pay down this debt. Trust me, it's coming, and it's going to be nasty (e.g. probably see an increase in the capita gains tax, the price of gas, the personal tax rate, higher welfare payments, etc, etc, etc).
e. I know three people who are isolated at home because they have underlying health issues and they're afraid they might catch COVID by mingling with the general public (e.g. the un-jaded).
f. If you've been vaccinated, and then you're exposed to the virus, the period of time you can spread the virus to someone else is much shorter.
g. i'm really tired of wearing these retarded masks and filling out forms every time I go to a dentist, a doctor, etc.. Now we're looking at vaccine passports? This can't be your idea of fun?
h. I'd rather have a vaccine based on mRNA technology, than catch the real thing and have my DNA changed by it. Not to mention the fact that you're a helluva lot more likely to get sick from the real thing.
i. Last, but not least: It's like Spock said: “Logic clearly dictates that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.”  Hey, have you ever known Spock to be wrong?

Stay healthy my friend. Others depend on you.
