This sector remains out of favour but when the talking heads start pushing it to the top of the headlines much of the capital gains will have been missed. Buying at this level or lower still offers decent cap gains and a double digit distribution opportunity as a bonus when it comes back.

Agreed.  This is a bargain.  If they do reinstate a dividend it will run hard.
