Welcome to the stock market.

Most everything is done for a reason. As a simple shareholder you can speculate on what is happening behind closed doors and that is about it.

Hind sight is 20/20 and the path is easily identified with all of the twists and turns.

It is difficult finding a stock that is not subject to such games drawn out over a year or multiple years.

I guess, the key to good stock investing is to try to figure out the macro plan is to a given degree, then use the stock movements and New Releases as validation indicators of your thoughts. If the stock movements and News Releases don't line up with your theory.... then your theory is probably wrong.
