It's all about cashflow and origination. I thought they would be cashflow negative for at least two quarters (Q2 and Q3). But they'll be cashflow positive for Q2, so that's good news to me. As to the dividend, well I think it's going to be back because financing stocks pay out dividends in general. So when the cashflows are healthier, then they will restart the dividend. However,
