It may bounce but this does not mean anything. CHW has to reduce its leverage.

Most financials run with a lot of leverage, that is the basic business model.  Finding the cheapest funding, then lending that out, earning a spread and if underwriting and risk practices are solid, build the equity base over time.   Equity is currently one of the most expensive sources of funding, with many financials trading at or below book.   If chw sees stability in its ...more

Lol Chw is all debt dude thats their business model. Question is are insiders going to buy everyone else out or find better sources of debt to build their portfolio. Oh yeah and are they going to get crushed due to 17 mil americans being unemployed
