When will the earnings report take place? Any thoughts of a dividend increase? It's been very quiet for awhile now ..not sure if no news is good news?

I fully expect with the recovering economy and back to work happening over the next month/vaccine rollout ramping up....that the writeoff amounts will be released back into profitability along with improving revenue/collections. The company is strong enough now to be buying back shares. Insiders are buying around the 8-9 dollar mark.....should tell us they see 10-13 on the horizon. I expect the

agree insiders buying in large quantities up till trading window closed at end of december company have been buying back steadily thru jan (feb report not filed yet) since they can track business trends and were buying big in late december and buyback active , only can assume business good and they see more upside i own some versabank, another small cap lender in canada. stock has
