Its South District operating area is located east of Calgary in southeastern Alberta and produces medium gravity crude, as well as liquids-rich natural gas. Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large original oil in place (OOIP) pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater, House Mountain, Mica, and Mitsue properties.

I agree. Nothing stands out to me except for our outperformance compared to oil. I took a few weeks off and wasnt watching trading, but here is a little perspective since march 1st:

WTI: down about 2% from march 1st.
CJ: Up 40% from march 1st.

We ran hard, and we knew there would be people looking to exit as we approach their entry prices from before covid. This is a just an ordinary, health pullback for a future continuation of upside.
