News could happen at any time...We could get news at any time that contimues this run. There is lots going on not just with Cardinal, but the world oil market as well. Things are trending positive over the past few months and if stock trading has tought me anything, its that the trend is your friend.
The dividend is inevitable here and just a matter of time that it needs to be reinstated. This was paying out a dividend at much cheaper prices and a lower debt at the time so it's just a matter of time before it is announced. Many on the sidelines are patiently waiting but they wont wait around forever when others are still offering a good dividend with their stock.
