If they do the price like jumps and there's lots to ponder, do they go monthly like the past, or quarterly for more stability. Let's go on a monthly basis as that's their past, do they start at .01, .015 which was thier last rate or .035 which they held for several years on sub $60 oil. My bet is 1 cent and give yourself some momentum to leg upwards on, but I hope I'm wrong and it's higher.
If they re-introduce @ a penny it's a 3.8% yield on current $3.15 and the price would jump on the announcement.
