Having intimate knowledge that we do not have, possibly getting a wink wink nudge nudge over dinner that a buy out is simmering, it is a cash machine the insiders would then have the bank all to themselves. Many posts that I read on this board seem to think this is tradeing at fair value to the market.. I disagree this is being held down it is a atm machine already. I know if I was in the position to take this bad boy private and keep all that bank for myself and buddies I sure as hell would. This is going to be a debt free money printing machine in a few months. Unfortunately if it is taken out we will not get to reap the full value but I guess there are many options in this market so GLTA.
