The last time Brussa was sole insider buying big, the stock tanked.  Yet he was nowhere to be seen when the share price was below $1.   I'm not sure he's that good at investing in oil companies.

He's buying so I don't care if he's good at investing . He will make a boat load of money when they restart the dividend .
